Here's something that may be in our (shareholders) favour. A company with an existing MMP is deemed to hold an EML during the transition phase. If a change in ownership of the mining activities takes place, the EML ceases to apply and the company has to start the application process all over again. So, if Hebang acquires full control of Avenira, the MMP is scrapped and they have to start all over again. At least that's how I read it. Hebang would be better served continuing with AEV and get the operation going
