BS. DFS is required before funders will touch this. DFS required before FID etc. it would be beyond negligence and bordering on incompetence to issue DFS with any degree of uncertainty in relation to a key aspect of the project. it’s called DEFINITIVE FEASIBILITY. Simply, the project is not feasible without the permit.
