The problem with that is who would vote YES if the DFS is not delivered before. The DFS spells out a lot and gives positive direction for the SP so NO fool would give out any kind of bonus ahead and if they can’t deliver then they are behind in performance. To promote a DFS deadline while receiving performance rights and then wanting an even bigger one for not delivering is disgraceful.
Expecting shareholders to cut their profits by 0ver 20% without getting too the finish line and without seeing what the funding is, WELL THATS A NO NO NO.
