Are you delusional? SIMEC Mining is in administration.

Had the SIMEC Mining deal gone through, in my opinion, shortly thereafter once SIMEC Mining had gained 51% control and new Board members appointed, there would have been a massive share dilution of Havilah shareholders, then Havilah would have been privatised and eventually delisted from the ASX.

There was a reason Havilah's shareholders rejected the deal, in record numbers. It was a very bad deal.


"And what has happened to those iron projects in the last 5 years?"
Minimal work has been undertaken on Maldorky, Grants and Grants Basin by Havilah during the last 5 years.

Havilah has previously stated that it has minimised exploration expenditure until such time as it can attract a suitable investment partner with an interest in securing high-grade iron ore feedstock for 'green' steel.

Havilah still retains 100% of its exploration tenements.

During 2022/2023 Havilah acquired the MacDonald Hill iron ore tenement.
