The plot thickens.
It doesn't look like the cupboards are as bare as was intimated in the AFR article.
It is worth pointing out, however, that there would have been quite a bit of expenditure in July as they rushed towards completion. I would be taking those forward estimates with a grain of salt, too.
However, if the cash levels are indeed sufficient to cover TPD until Walyering comes online, it does beg the question why TPD management are engaging with Strike at all, after the press leak (which is bad form).
Why not just walk away if your bargaining position is strong?
Monday will be interesting. I think the details of any deal should be announced by then.
