Increasing rates> reduces business investment and growth > Increases unemployment
If lithium is prohibitively expensive other batteries variants look more desirable, if it is cheap then why would you need to re-think its use. Unless price is not the reason we need to rethink its use - i.e safety. If this was the case why derive the desirably of Lead from the low price of Li.
