Please stay on topic. This is not the SP1 thread.

But to respond to your ill informed statement, I've never had a finance job. Why would I apply for a job at BML? At the current rate, it will be a 'dead duck' (no pun intended) and I'd be out of a job. I prefer to be employed in an enterprise that makes $$$ from products and services and not from retail investors.

I've answered your last question multiple times in the past. Please re-read those responses.
