I suspect there will be another placement late in the quarter.The unknown is the time lag between ECA cover application,and approval.Now that the DD testing is winding down cash burn should moderate quite a bit,but it would still be prudent not to run cash too low.It has been quite a process,but it's better to have everything thoroughly tested,sorted and engineered,before commencing construction.
I have seen more than one company (different commodities)rush this part and then have to spend waay more on remedial actions later to get the plant to function profitably. SMS are pro's,once they're happy,I'll be happy.
