I would ordinarily agree. But in the absence of a single rep from Tanzania, our mine being in Tanzania, our Bank partners being in Aus, Germany/Tanz and Tanz, in light of the fact that the mining Commission in Tanzania became operational on the 2nd and to our knowledge we have not made our submissions there or indeed had our remaining bank related questions answered by the Minister, the fact that we have a very finite $ (so much so that we have laid off staff) and conferences don't come cheap and finally....seeing everything is hanging on getting our compliance to regulations approved and finance signed off........I would have thought that presenting at a mining conference where Tanzania is not represented and as our primary finance has NOT been locked in .....that attendance was not for the CEO. Maybe Pierce could have earned his huge keep. So with all due respect....I don't understand the merit of THIS conference..unless the Minister was there.
