    Not that I stated I would sell off, rather I would consider it if the metrics stacked up (this is the key part).

    The simple reason why is risk-adjusted returns. Yes, he could (key word) become extremely wealthy but what if:
    - we're here in 6/7 months time, the DFS is complete and for some reason, the SP still dwarfs fair value (dilution risk)
    - project costs blow out (construction risk)
    - funding isn't made available or funding isn't available on favourable terms (liquidity risk).
    There are countless other risks involved with taking a mining project into development and construction and these cannot be calculated on a spreadsheet accurately.

    Not to mention we have other projects (GB), which could be fully funded by a successful sale process.

    Contrary to your question, I don't have a foot in either camp currently. I'll leave it in the capable hands of mgmt as it's above yours and my pay grade.
