I am on large losses at the moment (40k) also and I think with a collective approach SH can put pressure on management.
As others have said this is our money, we own this.

Most of us are on large loss. We better start pushing the management. I dont have any such experience. If anyone want to take the lead that would be great and combined way we can push this non-performing management.
