I have much less faith in our justice system. Perverse judgements happen all too often. If they didn't appeal courts would be far less burdened.
TBR/RND will now be better informed of the extent of NSTs oppressive conduct as the discovery process enabled them access to documents/records that NST failed to transparently provide. Armed with this information my expectation is that a fresh wave of litigation will follow post judgement.
TBR/RND was backed into a corner and had to litigate to protect SH interests. In the scheme of things, this first round of litigation for TBR/RND was a nothing to lose and everything to gain scenario. NST should beware of the wounded dog, as AB has a track record of not giving in until justice is served.
It is expensive to litigate. But it is far more expensive for TBR/RND not to litigate and restore their rights (with substantial damages and costs along the way).
