Just a thought, but this is now following the pattern that emerged for PNA, in particular, as it was being stalked by its chinese cornerstone investor. The stalker orchestrates wave after wave of down-creeping finishes even in a positive mkt and many investors sell on stop-loss hits (but not to the stalker: they just sell). This moves the price to bargain territory for the stalker, but also places the current holders in a frame of mind to accept the first bid, or the one at a 5% premium to the first bid. The company ends up being taken over for some crap figure, the holders never see the premium they always dreamed of.

My advice, hold on to your shares me hearties and batten the hatches!
