IMO at 1.8g/t this project will make good money. At 1.6g/t they are walking a tightrope but should be cashflow positive....but they can't afford for things to go wrong. At gold price of $1600 they need 19000oz to break even....jury is still out. Having said that they 'should' do 21000oz @ 1.6g/t with plant running at 450000t a quarter.

With minimal ore coming out of the underground it will be difficult to lift the grade over 1.6g/t, especially given the majority of the ore is being sourced from the M4 with a grade of 1.5g/t (hope this does not get diluted further).
