Grade still the major concern.
M4 pit is 1.5g/t
Galaxy pit is 1.9g/t but most of the 'higher' grade is at the bottom of the pit so it wont be mined this quarter.
Underground mining tonnes will be much less even if they continue with airleg. At 10000t (probably being generous with this number) that represents only 2% of mill throughput which is going to have minimal impact on lifting head grade.
1.6g/t is looking like best case for upcoming quarter which will see BLK make a profit by the skin of their teeth. Although, any issues that see production halted for even 1 week will result in break even or negative cash flow. They have very little margin for error.
