There is always a reason.

Not necessarily sinister though.

This stock has been hammered for two fundamental reasons which caused a lot of punters who are driven by TA to see and be influenced by the sell trend and compound the issue enormously.

The two Issues.

(1) BLK was removed from the All ordinaries Index in March 18 which meant a lot of Institutional Investors were covenant driven to exit the stock.
(2) The rights issue that was necessary to solve the debt repayment problems in Early 18, along with the dramas and urgency of that dreadful necessity, caused a huge shortfall and underwriter take up which had to be subquently cleared through the market.

This could be a classic " Buy when others are frightened " opportunity which allows those of us who follow the fundamentals to win huge gains.
