It is going to be a rough ride. The company seems close to illiquid and they didn't even attempt to explain why they feel it will be necessary to enter into the CPA. They are not even attempting to explain their cash position with the glaring inflows < outflows. At least they are still (probably) putting real numbers up, but that will only be useful to cover their own behind. Good luck holders. I exited with a loss when the guidance came out, but I think the pain is only beginning.
