    The only problem is secured creditors can convert debt to ownership (eg channel Ten) and holders get nothing. TO predator might not get anything.

    At the same time TO predator might not come in to make an offer because most of holders are sitting on massive losses and they might reject the offer, and believe or not some holders rather see it in VA.
