If it turns out that they can't help with funding, which it seems like they can't, then doesnt it seem like we received a dud deal.
One would think that if the JV partner couldn't cough up the required funds required for their share, then there would be clauses in the JV contract to deal with this. Ie they would be diluted in the JV? I'm sure that has been mentioned before.
It would seem, at least on the face of it, that PLV can't fund their share of the JV with out raising funds!
