Yes they were and under their original incarnation as Timeone they needed to borrow the funds from SS&T to pay for their now diluted 20% holding at 35c.
Still waiting for the company to clarify ownership of WEG,s 20% apparently they told Buddy they were going to release a qualifying statement to the market - they have probably been to busy organizing placements at 9c , 8c an possibly 7c in the next tranche.
