The challenge is that both NST and Evolution both got into a lot of debt recently due to their recent acquisitions.
if they drop 1% of their holdings...and there are no buyers.... the share price may continue to fall further.
They must have realised there would be no deal...so may be willing to reduce their holdings. Not sure what that means for current holders. It will all depend on this quarterly results.
