If you look at a map of those tenements, it is quite obvious that the planner/s have come up with a logical progression of sites. No backtracking and minimal time demands for very expensive Rigs and support equipment...
Plus,if a well in the sequence warrants further development then, hopefully, the program can be added to in order to accommodate further field activities........
