The new exec in the list is Andrea in the role of President. No mention of Smith or his old role of Chairman. I will have to leave you to draw your own conclusions.

I have tried to keep you informed about the situation as I see it without being so negative as to shimmy a possible recovery.

IMO there are a lot of posters here trying to keep this thing alive just hoping for a pump so they can dump. That's the way the market plays this situation and Mr Market is always right.

No one has confided to me the other side of the story you allude to. Perhaps you should post the details but I think that it is only pie in the sky. I understand that some people with hundreds of thousands if not millions on the table would find that pie quite tasty.

As for me, I have only lost about 30k, and wait for a class action.

So it is best if I sign off and watch the spiral. Oblivion or the stars, what shall it be ??
