long time without a ann from CDB maybe they are under scrutiny from asic?? for lack of content or lack of detail, failure to forfill any past asx releases??
Asic did have a release that stated they where looking into companies on the asx that where using offshore/overseas mining investments to raise funds that may not meet aus standards for such dealings.?
Im yet to see ASIC act on any such companies but there is always a first.
