Nice announcement for the company however I tend to agree with Morsetrader . The debt facility with Magna is a problem and weather we like it or not there will be an overhang affecting the share price . Another major concern is the unresolved legal dispute surrounding the company to the tune of over 2 million dollars in relation to their coal assets ,which can't just be swept under the rug . This could potentially be very damaging to the balance sheet in my opinion!
