    My take is that James C will find a USA buyer for the whole company for say USD 220 or so.

    No way would you leave USD 70 million to be paid to the USA tax man, so the USA buyer will want to have some upside for his hassles.

    Do you think USD 25 million enough free cash, assuming USD 5 million to undertake takeover?
