Andyno - I'm new to CDB, however I'm not sure that you understand the nature of this type of shell deal. At this stage, for some immediate upside, I wouldn't be too worried about CDB's track record with past projects, you just need to have belief in the fact that they can close a deal to vend in a project. I think we all know that they are more than capable of this as they've done it many times before. Regardless of how the project turns out in the end, shareholders will see some immediate upside based on the fact that:
A) The company currently has a low market cap and no project.
B) Once they vend in a project, we'll see a rerating of the share price.

Going to hold this one until post deal and then assess from there. Good luck to all who hold.
