    i am still holding

    cash in bank at 30 June will be $1.93M or 2.1 cents per share

    the enterprise value (EV) at 2.4 cents is currently $300,000 therefore this is a very cheap shell

    $554,531 investment at 3 cents per share by two shareholders holding 10% (9.24M shares) each or 20% between them

    the other major shareholder/director holds 20.6M shares or 22.1%
