The statement IS based on drilling. In their presentation (found on their web site), over half of this Resource is in the Indicated category.
I agree with you, WRM is cheap but I see they are out and about with the story - on ProActive Investors, StocksDital and the like. Wont be long until they run........

Completely agree JORC ounces is credible an used to help investors determine the value of a company... this company is undervalued with an enterprise value at the moment of around 8mill after taking Cash on hand into account.
