Guessing this wouldnt be a left field announcement...but EJ recently said this...
"Cara - the rights relate to any new assets acquired by Byron before 31 March 2017. Otto has to elect one of these within a certain timeframe or lose the right. Otto has until early May to make the elections."
So if they go ahead that announcement wouldnt be too far away being early May now ?
