I guess NKP anticipates that the Amalgamation will proceed otherwise why bother with the tender and road construction.
Why is NKP spending Minority shareholder's funds on a road before Zijin has taken over the company? If the Amalgamation does not proceed NKP should be preserving the limited cash on hand.
