Wow, when did the Ceo get a salary increase to $440k per annum? He got a big swag of shares after the ISS deal was struck too. All the incentives were related to how many schools were on the platform and not the revenue split. If ISS schools come off the platform in 2 years they will be back to hardly any schools on the platform but he will still have the performance shares and the big fat salary.
