Whitebark is calling for non-binding indicative offers by 5pm on October 9. Parties through to the next round would then be provided with more detailed diligence materials and access to a data room.If the company does find a buyer, it is understood Whitebark will use the proceeds to fund drilling activities at its Wizard Lake oil project in Canada.Whitebark is expected to make an announcement to the ASX on Wednesday about its intentions to sell the gas field.
