McDermitt is shaping up to be an absolute monster of a resource.
It would be nice to see management hit it a bit harder to be honest. I fully agreed with the ‘steady as she goes’ approach to conserve cash while sentiment was down, but now I think they need to accelerate things. Especially if the intent is to sell or JV the project during a peak in the market.
It would be nice to see a clear plan with timeframes getting the project to PFS (or at least PEA) to maximise its value before flipping it. If there was ever a time to raise a bit of cash to get things moving it would be now. Capitalise on this bull market.
I think a bit more liquidity would actually help to get the SP moving.
