Rubbish. If a company is legitimate about relisting they can work it all out and get it sorted. If you're saying that they've been trying flat out for over a year and still haven't been able to then things a more dire than even I would say they are. Companies suspended this long don't come back. They can do their smoke and mirrors trick of saying they have 10 quarters of funding but less than 200K is liquid.
