"Progress on the DFC front?" - It's right there in front of you Jasox. It has progressed from Preliminary Review to Mandate to Formal Finance application. This final step allows an independent engineer to investigate that all is as we have presented to them. One could assume that it has met their investment criteria thus far.
A lot of points of failure would have been passed prior to the appointment of an independent engineer conducting due diligence on behalf of the DFC.
Looks like during the past quarter we've been jumping all the hurdles and making our way to the finish line...
