Everything this management does is
pre- determined and with merit. Strategic!
There is always a plan behind the plan. Has been a long time in the making, correct - however, I sense that is a mute point...in making a genuine multi faceted chemical distributer, time is required - this becomes more than a management lifestyle vehicle.
There is no co-incidence in announcing two LOi off take agreements alongside the formal DFC application.
