This report is rubbish. Nothing about any activities they performed. No updates on the activity they had invested time and money in. You can only assume that they failed.

The way it reads to me is that we couldn’t achieve anything on our own so we’re looking to buy smaller companies who can make us look like a real company. They’ll probably use the money raised and a load of new shares issued to get these new companies across the line.

Question is - do they have the funds for any decent acquisitions? What could they possibly buy with the pocket change they have raised.

And if they somehow manage to pull it off… my money is on them screwing that business up too…
