Top 20 only hold 18% which means retail have the upper hand, if enough holders got together it wouldn't be too hard to gather votes and shareholders. Give Gernot the option to resign, if he refuses, start a resolution to remove Gernot Abl from the company. I don't see why it's not warranted, his performance is poor and he has done nothing buy direct the company from failure to failure, all the while costing shareholders a fortune in his wages and failed ventures.
