My suggestion would be to submit a report to ASIC:
Report misconduct to ASIC | ASIC - Australian Securities and Investments Commission
If a sufficient number of Shareholders submit a report to ASIC stating the nature of the breaches this may prompt some action from ASIC.
I remain hopeful that the lessons of the Financial Services Royal Commission will at some point be learned, and the key recommendations implemented.
