I have never understood why the ASX calls for a T.H if a shareprice goes up in turnover or price but there is no such action when a companies shareprice continually goes down with no announcements, dealings, information etc where's the protection for shareholders? so it's ok to lose money but if SP goes up and make money oh no can't have that TH . ASX or ASIC or whoever needs to protect shareholders from boards from these so called lifestyle companies.
