That could be a possibility but is more an opinion, which you are entitled to (FYI I am not saying you are right or wrong).

However spending ~100k a month with lawyers, accountants etc to me would mean that there more involved DD being done and not a 5 minute google search. Either that or the board are being completely ripped off and don't understand the value of money.

In which case maybe I should do DD for them at half price!

However with Chris's history in doing this you would have to suspect he knows what the correct rates for these things are and heck probably using people he has had look into previous deals he has done.
