Agreed. But the cash drain due to the heavily loss-making US operations shows no sign of a sustained abatement in my opinion.
I'm afraid that much of the capital gain MHI has achieved from property sales will continue to be destroyed by Loretta Lee's inexplicable stubbornness in pursuit of a costly US manufacturing base. Sales volumes will need to be a multiple of what they are currently, before we get to breakeven, let alone sufficient profitability to maintain the financial position.
