To me it was more around basically buying at cash - Chris took 1.5 years to 7.5x Enad Global 7. Whilst it has certainly been slower than I (and we) would like it is getting the right deal for the right price. With valuations dropping MGG can get a better quality company compared to what we would of received previously and this is likely what has caused delays as mentioned before where someone was expecting to get x but the market is only willing to pay y.



ATM the market is pricing in that MGG will not be successful in acquiring a business it seems, which is understandable with how long it has been so far. However with multiple deals progressing according to announcements to me it just seems like time but also understand it is high risk (high reward/loss).
