    I think they will wait for a CR - I can't imagine any Institutions/Spohs/Retail investors supporting a CR to any extent at the moment given the complete lack of any progress re their current strategy and the poor track record of the company achieving anything re past strategies.

    They will need to come to the market with something of substance IMO to garner any CR support.
