some interesting comments in there a bout conclusions of JHC and other deals close to happening but we have also heard about pipelines of deals for a year or 2 without much to see… maybe the right people are now there to translate that talk into reality? Probably what’s more important is how to grow that $340k USD to $600k USD and hit revenue neutral sort of figures. Next quarter will see another e-Lōvu payment and hopefully an extension for their contracts. If JHC signs a commercial agreement then we are probably looking at zero growth from there without it translating through RHC into other sites. GC Health won’t produce anything amazing this year, looks like it will start enrolling mums as of May some time? 6-9 months post that date is effectively about this time next year… so no earnings growth likely from there until mid 2024… I think that we are probably unlikely to exceed $500k USD a quarter in the near future (6-12 months). I would imagine that unless a rapid bit of news flow around new deals emerge then we are unlikely to see much growth in the share price while at that same time needing to raise some cash… looks like a likely scenario of a shitty priced capital raise in a couple of months time? I should probably stop paying 10c a share of a raise will be at a discount to that price… dunno??

I generally like that report but also the cynic in me thinks that might be as good as it gets for 6-12 months.. maybe closer to the 5 year outcome window for a decent return which if it happens would be at a pretty good rate of return.

Let’s say that they raise $3m next raise, that’s probably going to add 7-10% more share’s depending on price etc and then if that raise coincides with an RHC contract and GC health deal then we are still all off to the front bar of the Bruns pub for a big drink… I think things are ok from here in.. just need 2 good deals to add some credibility back into the market. Maybe close but probably 6-12 months away. That’s not too far either… but in the next couple of months there’s got to be some new funds turn up or a raise is basically looking inevitable. I’ve got 3 raises in front of me at the moment, all in healthcare and all with a good story to tell. When you start to look through the margins of Telehealth that’s where you get the feeling that HMD could become a cash printer IF they can line all the ducks into a row.

Also grateful it wasn't dropped after close!

This gives me the sense that the company is at an inflection point and we will see results soon.

While I would love results now (or earlier), I am happy with this.

Buy the dip it on for me.
