From my perspective, someone in the T20 has lost interest and has tried to sell as much as they could but they were up against zero buying pressure. That's pushed the SP low but that is all.
This thing starts to get intriguing for me at about this levels, if it holds.
I have always felt HMD could set me up and if they come through on Broward then 3.3c is a phenomenal buy IMO.
