Could someone - perhaps @dunnomuch explain - there is now a CPT code which health practitioners should be able to use to get coverage from Medicare/Medicaid - but this does not necessarily mean that private insurers are covering it? Is this one of the factors against adoption? I have not been proactive enough with stock, as I haven't got a huge holding - no excuse, though.
