Well done for ringing the number and thanks for sharing Mirri, if he was a tad more attentive whilst being our chair he might have seen what was happening, but am glad he's trying to sort it out.
Have always been a talk is cheap person so will wait to see the actual contract before changing my mind about buying more. Don't want to be suckered into just another 12 license contract and still remember all those fails that we haven't been told about yet....
Onwards and upwards hopefully..
