You make an excellent point about Mandilla's lower bulk tonnage grade.
I'd argue the lowish strip ratio and higher-grade starter pit increases the desirability of the project somewhat, but as you say, will
GF even need a large satellite pit if Invincible is such a beast.
I'm still happy to sit on this one as the Scoping Study shows some very solid metrics as a standalone op at today's gold price.

Just on a side note what do you think of GF potentially taking out 100% of Gruyere?
GOR's 1.5% NSR will kick in by mid next year driving GF's portion of the mine down to 48.5%.
I'd argue that through Duncan Gibbs mismanagement of capital, GOR now has a huge target painted on its back. Gruyere strip ratio is increasing but so is grade.
Gruyere should still have at least another decade nof profitable mining ahead of it.
During last month's quarterly conference call, DG stated that Gruyere contractor issues had been remediated, and the month preceding the WA rain event was nearly the highest FCF generating month on record at Gruyere.
